If I Had 50,000$ to spend just like that I wouldn’t think about it…
The latest Limited edition Leica M9-P Hermès edition is just stunning.
The technical side, the look and feel of the Leica cameras + the quality materials used by Hermès…this collaboration is just meant to deliver a perfect product with eye for detail.
Until I get some millions on the bank I’ll have to enjoy watching these clips on How it’s made and How it looks unboxing the 50.000$ package.

Last sunday I was asked to fill in 1 hour for the Lefto show on National radio station StudioBrussel.
I was more than happy to do this and I decided to play some hip hop classics that I didn’t hear on the 8hour “Rappers Delight” show they hosted last week.

Steve Jobs // The Lost Interview // Trailer

After Steve Jobs had been removed from Apple he gave this interview to Robert Cringely who had these TV series Triumph of the Nerds. Now these recordings have been remastered and will hit some theaters in the States.

Last tuesday TLP & LEFTO took over the national radio station STUBRU and played an 8 hour Strictly Hip Hop set.
30 years of Hip Hop Music mixed together by 2 of Belgium’s Hip Hop giants. Dear Friend, and TLB partner in crime GUS was there to host the event and also did his thing on the one’s and two’s like he does so smoothly, dj’s L-Dopa & Dysfunkshunal joined and played more true Hip Hop classics…

Last time when I was in LA in started to realize just how damn good looking those ’67 & ’69 Ford Bronco’s really are.
I simply like the straight lines, big shapes, right proportions, rough look and friendly front and the way you can go creative with colors on these vehicles.
And now this LA based company ICON is redoing these wonderful Bronco’s with new materials and modern day technology…Just check the clip to see what they do…
If I ever move to LA, …hopefully soon, I will definitely get me one of these!
Design Chair testing in DS Magazine

So recently I was asked to join my good friend Ruth from The Merrymakers to go and test 10 Design chairs for DS Magazine.
Seeing how I always look at both the esthetics and practical functionalty of things I was happy to do this test and hoped to get 4 chairs of my favorite after the testing,… Yeah, wishful thinking, I know… :)
But now I do know which chairs I want for my place after testing them all.

I just came across this short clip and found it to be very inspiring.
It’s THE HISTORY OF THE TITLE SEQUENCE
Dutch designer Jurjen Versteeg a.k.a. Synple created this short clip where he shows the names of the designers who had an amazing impact on the evolution of title sequence. The names also refer to specific characteristics of the titles they designed.

Ryan Leslie, man with many talents, directs a political short clip for Taj Clayton.
Taj Clayton, a lawyer who worked his way up the ranks to graduate from Harvard Law while working as a custodian to pay for school is now running for congress in Texas. Ryan Leslie created this short “Why I’m Running” for his Harvard friend.

I came across these wonderful shoes from Vanishing Elephant in the Velour store, they didn’t just look great on the table they looked great on me too… Yes, I did buy them and I should have bought more than one pair as they were on sales and I want to wear them practically every day :)
